Warner, officiated at 8 oclock in a tower-decked chancel, Easter lilies, jorquiis and greens being used and pews for the members of th: lamilles being marked with clusters of lilies tied witn white satin ribbon. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a gown of white #atin made on empire lines with a square neckline and sleeves full to the elbow and fitted to the wrists where they fell In points over the hands, Her tulle veil was held by a cap of lace fastened at the back with seed pearls, Her only ornaments were a ring and short string of pearls, heirlooms in her family. Mrs. Donald D. Millar of New York, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor and was in peach color chiffon fashioned with long, full skirt and a cape. Her hat was flowered in shades of peach and the carried shaded sweet peas in the same color. The bnde's other attendant was her cousin, Mrs. James Cuyler Peterman of White Plains, *N. Y., who had a costume of aqua blue chiffon with hat to match and she carried_Talisman roses. Mr. David E. McCoy was best man and the ushers were Mr. Anthony J. A reception followed in the Kennedy- ‘Warren, when the parents of both bride and bridegroom received the guests. Mrs. Kellogg wore beige lace and a flowered hat in shades of peach color and had a corspge bouquet of butterfly roses and lilies of the valley. Mrs. Heiss had a costume of peach color lace ‘with hat to match and a corsage bou- quet of Johanna Hill roses and lilies of the valley. Mr. and Mrs. Heiss started later for a ‘wedding trip, the bride traveling in a beige suit trimmed with beige fur, and on thei return they will be at home at 3220 Connecticut avenue. Mrs. Heiss is a graduate of the Wilson Normal School and attended George Washing- ton University and is a member of the Theta Alphi Chi and the Sigma XKappa sororities. Mr. Heiss is a gradu- ate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the class of 1923 and is connected with a local business firm.
