HE President and Mrs. Roosevelt will have as their guest at the Executive Mansion, the prime minister of England, Mr. Ram- say MacDonald, who is expected to arrive in this country at the end of next week. It is expected that the prime minister will be acconipanied to this country by his daughter Miss Ishbel MacDonald, who likewise will be a house guest during her stay in Washington of the President and First Lady. Dur- ing the week end stay of the dis- tinguished statesman from England the Chief Executive and Mrs. Roosevelt will also have several other house guests. The newly appointed Ambassador of Prance and Mme. de la Boulaye, who are arriving in New York tomorrow, will be received at the White House imme- diately after their arrival. The new Ambassador and Mme. de la Boulaye are old friends of the President and Mrs. Roosevelt. velt.
