VANDENBERG TALKS ON FORUM TONIGHT Michigan Senator to Discuss| Guaranteeing of Time Deposits in Banks. Proposed reform in the banking laws of the United States will be discussed tonight by Senator Vandenberg of Michigan, during the National Radio Forum over WRC and a coast-to-coast | network of other Nanonal Broadcasting Co. stations. ‘The Forum, xrrang\’d by The Wash- ington Star, will be broadcast from 10:30 to 11 o'clock.
