Plans for a world conference in Geneva next August will be made at the annual meeting of the American Jewish Congress at the Willard next Sunday jand Monday. The sessions will be pre- ceded by a reception of delegates Satur- day night. At the Geneva conference Jewish leaders will decide on the advisability 0( holding a world congress in Europe “to appeal to th> world's conscience to outlaw anti-Semitism,” it was explained. The plan to outlaw anti-Semitism. formulated by Prof. Guido Tedeschi of the University of Rome, will be dis- cussed at the conference at the Willard, as will other problems confronting Jews throughout the world. Among those scheduled to address the congress are Senator Borah, Dr. Stephen S. Wise, honorary president of the American_ Jewish Congress; Federal | Judge Julian W. Mack, first president of the organization; Bernard S. Deutsch, present president; Nathan D. Perlman, Dr. Joseph Tenenbaum, Simon E.
