A MORE SILVER DOLLARS ARE URGED BY EATON Representative Urges Temporary Ban on Small Bills to Stim- ulate Business. By the Associated Press. Representative Eaton of Colorado be- leves people should carry more of those big silver dollars in their pockets and fewer greenbacks. Treasury figures, which show there is $44.20 in circulation for.each American, also disclose there is ofig 27 cents’ worth of silver dollars avsilable for every person. Eaton favors a law to prohibit is- suance of silver-secured dollar bills for six months or a year to get the coins to jingling in pants pockets again. It will ‘help, he argues, not only silver put all business, Lindbergh Tools Stolen. NEWARK, N. J. (#).—Souvenir hunt- ers are under suspicion.
