40 BOYS TO TAKE PART IN MODEL PLANE MEET Yournament to Open in Constitu- tion Hall Is Part of Eastern States’ Project. Approximately 40 boys are expected to take part in the model aircraft tour- mnament in Constitution Hall tomorrow morning under auspices of the District fireratt League. local contest will be a part of the Eastern States Indoor Telegraphic ‘Tournament, by the Philadel- phia Model ine Associati which will be staged simultaneously 17 States as well as the District. The results will be telegraphed to Philadelphia, where the winners will be announced.
