Fer- nald, organizer of the Washington Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, who died Saturday from injuries received in an accident, will be held at his residence, 803 Taylor street, at 7:30 o'clock tomor- Tow night. Henry, editor of the Monthly Weather Review of the United Staies Weather Bureau and a sclentist at the bureau for more than half a century, died this morning at Garfield ¢ | Hospital. He was transferred to Washington in 1883 and in 1895 became chief of the me division of the Prof. Henry was a fellow of the American Meteorological Society and of the American Association for the Adnneamznc of s:lence‘ and a member n Academy of Science, the Philosophical Society of Washing- ton, the American Assoclation of Ge- ographers, and was secretary of the meteorological section of the Geophysi- cal Union.
