TOLEDD AWATS REPLY ONBANKS Prosecuting Attorney to Give | Decision on Grand Jury Probe Today. By the Associated Press TOLEDO, Ohio, August 20.—A State survey of the banking situation went forward here today as Toledo citizens awaited the raply of Prosecuting At- torney Ceel Christenien to a request by Municipal Judge Ira Cole for a grand jury investigation into the closing of six banks in the Toledo district. Judge Cole’s letter was delivered to Christensen with the statement from the jurist that he was acting for & group of depositors in the closed ir- stitutions.
