Patrick McCoun, 45, Spottsville, and William Meinkheim, 43, Mount Vernon, Ind., were instantly killed; J. W. Flynn, 38, Fort Worth, Tex., died last night in a hospital at Henderson. Pardo, 25-year-old Mexican, by two United States immigration officers May 25, was closed yesterday by.District At- torney Tom Whelan, who said criminal action was not warranted. Pardo was shot while trying to escape from Inspetores Harry Cunningham and Joseph Byrne after his arrest for ill entry 60 miles north of here.
