CHICAGO, June 22.—Efforts of the National Bureau of Standards to estab- lish definite qualifications for ballisties evidence were desgibed today beforc a meeting of the American Socisly for Testing Materials. ‘There were two types of bailistics “experts,” said & paper prepared bp Dr. W.
