In his introductory remarks, Dr. Johnson traced the efforts to secure funds for new buildings. The three structures now projected, he explained, will cost $770,000. Staff Member Is Architect. The actual corner-stone llyml was presided over by Mr. Cassell and executed by Dr. Walton C. John of the United States Office of Education and Dr. M. O. Dumas of the university’s board of trustees.
