By Cable to The 8t BUDAPEST, May 8.—In all quarters today Budapest is alive with rumors concerning the imminence of a possible restoration in Hungary with| Hapsburg the help of Prance. She is Ranee Chatra Kumari Devi, the only one living of her husband's four wives. The rajah died childless in 1912, but Prince Mohan Bikram Shah claimed the estate on the ground that the rajah had adopted him as his son. ‘The Indian courts found in his favor, but the Judicial Committee reversed the decision.
