SMITH, 75, DIES IN'FRONT OF HOME ident of Capital for 40 Years Collapses While Returning From Short Walk. Willard P. Smith, 75, for many years an employe of the Office of Public Buildings and Parks, died last night at his home, 1507 Trinidad avenue north- east, a few minutes after he had col- lapsed while returning from a short walk.
