Mrs. Thomas Hyde, a lifelong resi- dent of Georgetown, died Wednesday at her residence, 1537 Twenty-eighth street, after an illness of several months. Mrs. Hyde, the widow of Thomas Hyde, was the daughter of Charles Ed- win Rittenhouse and Sarah M. Whitall, both of prominent Genr?cwwn families. The Rittenhouse family, well known in Colonial Philadelphia, came here when the seat of Government was moved from that city in 1803, Their eldest child, Mrs. Hyde, then Fannie Rittenhouse, married Mr. Hyde in 1864. Mrs. Hyde I survived by a daughter, Mrs. J. A. C. Wright of this city, and n grandson, Thomas Hyde 4th of Sandy Spring, Md. A _son, Thomas Hyde, jr, 1n 1899. Funeral services will be prl\'lte . LIEU'IT. TALLEY BURIED Honors Given at Grave in Arlington. Final rites for Lieut. David B. Talley, who died in a local hospital Prida; were conducted in Arlington National Cemetery Tuesday. Full military honors were rendered at the grave. Lieut. Talley had served in campaigns with the Army in Mexico and the Phil- ippines. He first served as an en- listed man and then as lieutenant in the 3d Cavalry. He was retired in 1910 for disability in line of duty. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sydney M.
