BY R101 ENGINEER Testifies Wreeked Airship Left on Uneven Keel and Seemed Heavy. By the Associated Press. LONDON, November 3.—J. H. Binks, engineer and one of the survivors of the R-101 disaster, today told the sps- cial court of inquiry into the loss of the dirigible that the ship did not leave her mooring mast on an even keel af the start of the tragic voyage to India. The engineer said that the R-101 seemed to ml at the stern as she left the tower and three water ballasts had to be released.
