Wil- liar, jr, July 5, 1929, to acquire the right of way for the Lincoln avenue site. - At & previous hearing Mr. Wil- liar had testified that on June 24, 1929, the State Roads’ Commission met in Baltimore and decided to locate the overpass at the site of the present trolley car bridge rather than at Lincoln avenue. A letter from Maj. Lee to the com- mission dated June 24, 1929, urging the adoption of the Lincoln avenue loca- tlon, was introduced into evidence by the attorneys for the plaintiff. Senator’s- Son a Witness. Other witnesses who testified yester- day included Charles Jones, son of Senator Jones and Frank Welsh, and Clara M. Dyson, both of Kensington and two of the ten plaintifis in the action. At the conclusion of the hearing last night, the plaintiffs rested their case, Capt. Cissel introduced as evidence for the defense several documents and then stated that he probably would have no further evidence.
