One of the most interesting features will be the pigeon races in the after- noon, the pigeons having been brought from the Signal Corps lofts at Fort Monmouth, N. J. The birds will be placed on exhibition before and after the races at the Signal Corps exhibi- tion tent. The carnival spirit will reign through- out the children’s section of the grounds. which will be gay with flags and balloons and colored buntings. M. and Mme. Claudel Sail for This Country Today.
