Randolph Keith Forrest, a lifelong | | resident of Washington, died yesterday morning at his Virginia estate, Oak | Shadows, Seminary Hill, Alexandria, after an iliness of several years. Since his fliness Mr. Forrest, with his family, had divided his time be- tween his Virginia home and his local residence, 1411 Thirty-Aith street, who_established the old Forrest -home in Georgetown in 1845, still occupled by members of the family. He was a graduate of Rock Hill College. Several years ago, after a long period in the Government service, he retired because of ill health.
