Harding, local architect. Several years ago Mr. Hurley acquired full own- ership of the property, it is reported. The names of the local investors who formed a syndicate to purchase the property from Mr. Hurley were not dis- closed. The building has a frontage of 100 feet on Pennsylvania avenue and 10714 feet on Eighteenth street.
