A—O TRAFFIC ARRANGED FOR PRESTES VISIT Streets to Be Cleared for President-Elect of Brazil Tomorrow Afternoon. Traffic arrangements were completed today to facilitate the journey of Dr. Julio Prestes, President-elect of Braail, from the Union Station to the Eugene Meyer residence, 1624 Crescent place, on his arrival here at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. No parking will be permitted from 2 pm. on the east side of Union Sta- tion Plaza, north side of Pennsylvania avenue between Peace Monument and Pifteenth street, east side of Madison place, north side of H street between Madison place and Sixteenth street and | on Crescent place, between Sixteenth and Seventeenth streets until the party passes. Traffic on intersecting streets will be halted by police when the presidential party is within three blocks of the in- tersection. All traffic_will be cleared from the north side of Pensylvania av nue between Peace Monument and Fif- teenth street at 4:15 o'clock and until after the party has passed. Traffic will similarly be diverted from the south roadway on the Capitol Grounds and from Crescent place. A detail of motor cycle officers will accompany the party. The route to be taken from Union Station is across the plaza to Delaware avenue; south on Delaware avenue to the Capitol Grounds; past the east front of the Capitol to the roadway south of the Capitol, and west on the south roadway to First street south- west; north on First street to Peace Monument and thence west on the north side of Pennsylvania avenue to Fifteenth street; across Fifteenth street to Treasury place, and west on Treasury place to East Executive avenue, north on East Executive avenue and Madison place to H street; west on H street to Bixteenth street and north on Sixteenth street to Crescent place. MRS. M. I. PARKER DIES AT AGE OF 85 Widow of Former President of National Metropolitan Bank Succumbs to Illness. Mrs. M. Isabella Parker, 85 years old, widow of E. Southard Parker, former president of the National Metropolitan died this morning at her resi- dence, 1738 Connecticut avenue, after a brief illness. Accompanied by her husband and family, Mrs. Parker, & native of Mifflin- town, Pa., came to Washington in 1887. She was a member of the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church. Mr. Parker, who also was a former dent of the Columbia National died in 1921, Mrs. Parker is survived by seven chil- dren, Mrs. John B. Larner, Mrs. H. K. ‘Willard, W. W. W. Parker and Brainard ‘W. Parker, all of this city; Mrs. Ros- coe C. tho‘ of Selin Grove, Pa.; Ezra Mifftintown, also survive. Funeral services will be held tomor- row afternoon at 5 o'clock at the resi- dence. Interment will be in Miffiin- town Thursday afternoon. Rev. Joseph R.
