AUBURN, Nebr,, April 20.— One of the first pleces of Amer- ican currency ever issued has been found by Mrs. Jess Little of Auburn among her possessions. ‘The currency was printed in 1776 and is one-third of a dollar. The engraving can be read easily. On one side of the‘note are the words, “According to a reso- lution of Congress passed at Philadelphia February 17, 1776,” and the signature of B. Brannan, an ancestor of Mrs. Little.
