SPORTS NOTABLES ON RADIO TONEHT Cobb, Rice and McNamee to Unite in Tribute to Athletic Activities. “Ty" Cobb, the “grand old man” of sports; Grantland Rice, sports writer. and Graham McNamee, premier sports announcer, will unite in a tribute to| Amcrican athletic activities tonight in| dedicating & new program series over| WRC and a network of other National | Broadcasting Co. stations.
