JUDGE GIVEN GIVES POLICE INSTRUCTIONS Takes “Witness Stand” to Answer Questions of Park Officers at School. Judge Ralph Given of Police Court took the “witness stand” Friday night in the Extension School being conducted at the Interior Department Auditorium for the United States Park Police and for half an hour or so submitted to a barrage of questions from the officers who keep peace in the city's far-flung parks.
