McDonald, after an absence of two years returned October 20 last to her nome, 4926 Forty-seventh street, which | ehe occuples with her two children, her father and sister, and which she and | Ter sister are buying, and announced his intention of remaining as one of the household, despite objections of her relatives, Mrs. Sarah E. McDonald in ® suit for a limited divorce also re- quests the court to evict the husband and to require him to contribute to the support of his wife and two chil- dren. The wife tells the court she was mar- ried November 1, 1920, and has two | ¢hildren. In September, 1927, she says, | her husband left home, remaining away without notice to her for four or five | weeks, when he made visits of short, duration until November 12, 1927, when e left and remained nearly two years | without any communication with his | wife. He reappeared October 20, 1929, and when objection was made to his return | e expressed the intention of remaining, | telling his wife that if she did not like | it, she avers, she could leave, “for he was satisfied” to stay. ARKANSAN IS CONVICTED IN ‘MARKED TREE MURDER’ By the Associated Press. HARRISBURG, Ark, March 15— ‘Twelve weary jurors last night solved the | “marked tree murder mystery” by find- | ing Willls Walker of Wynne, Ark., gullty of the murder of Mrs. Lena ‘Waugh Cambell Walsh and fixing his punishment at life imprisonment. The verdict was returned after the i\lry deliberated only 55 minutes. Wal- er's counsel announced the case would be_appealed. The State charged Walker killed Mrs. Walsh the night of December 11 in Poinsett County, crammed her body in a clump of bushes and fled in her au- tomobile to Arizona.
