Ofting the existence of hundreds of international associations, federations, unions. ccuncils, committees, bureaus and centérs, Dr. Waldo G. Leland, per- Council in a public. address at Catholic Uni- versity Monday night that there has been an unprecedented development in international intellectual co-cperation since the World War. Edward Hubbard Litchfield, brother of Miss Grace Denio Litchfield, widely known author, of this city, died at his in New York Mon after a short illness. He was 84 years old. Miss Litchfield, who resides at 2010 Massachusetts avenue, will attend the funeral, which will be held in Grace Episcopal Church, Brooklyn, N. Y., Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
