Flans Given Approval. ! The plans for the Foxhall dwelling, | like those of the other four in the 1930 Star model homes series, have been ap- proved by the supervising committee, which consists of Monroe Warren, pres- ident of the Operative Builders' Associa- tion: Louis Justement, past president of the local chapter of the American In- stitute of Architects: Maj.
