OW OWENS, U.S. N, RETIRED, DIES AT 51 Former Medical Corps Commander Residing Here in Youth Was Coronado, Calif., Resident. Dr. William Dunlop Owens, 51 years old, commander in the Medical Corps of the United States Navy, retired, formerly of Washington, D. C., died at Coronado, Calif., February 13, friends here have been advised. A resident of Washington in his youth, Dr. Owens attended Georgetown Medical School and later entered the Navy., He retired in 1919 and has practiced medicine in Coronado. His death, attributed to a heart attack, closely followed the demise of his wife, formerly Miss Elsie Seymour of Wash- ington, who died in December, last. Full military honors will be accorded Dr. Owens, who is to be buried in the chapel at Arlington Monday morning at 10 _o’clock.
