MADISON FIEDLER DIES AFTER SHORT ILLNESS District Employe for 25 Years Ex- pires at Home at Age ~of 80. Madison Fiedley, 80 years old, an em- ploye of the District government for 25 years, died at his home, 81 V street, yesterday after a short illness.
