Ro The plea in abatement l'ued today for Mr. Zihlman attacks the indictment on f:reclsely the same grounds as the pleas behalf of the other defendants. In all, 32 technical reasons were set forth as grounds for declaring the indict- ments invalid. There had been some doubt as to whether Mr. Zihlman would file such a plea, as he had indicated a desire to secure a speedy trial. It was learned today, however, that he had been in- formed he could not be tried in ad- vance of the other six defendan ven if he refrained from filing a plea. He is represented by Wilton J.
