KANSAS CITY, Mo.,, December 30.— Denial of accusations that demands by | the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank were unjust and were forcing national banks in Oklahoma to quit the reserve system was made here by L. K. Roberts, chief national bank examiner for the tenth reserve district. The statement was issued in reply to such a charge made by H. W.
