COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho, December 80.—Twenty four residents of Mullan, Idaho, including the mayor and city councilmen as well as the sheriff of Bhoshone County, convicted on & ¢harge of conspiracy to violate the Federsl prohibition law, will appear in court here tomorrow to hear their sentences. The two dozen defendants were con- victed last night when the jury, after more than 21 hours of delibération re- turned its verdict. Five others were acquitted.
