Bancroft, United States district at- torney, yesterday announced that the new Jones law. designed to strengthen prohibition enforcement, will rule all liquor cases in this district, ~thereby ignoring a recent order of Mrs. Mabel Walker Willebrandt, Assistant Attorney General in charge of prohibition en- forcement.
