Mrs, Marie Halford, 79, widow of A. J. Halford, at one time managing editor of the Washington Post, died at her residence in the Wardman Park Hotel Yesterday. Funeral services will be con- ducted lt the residence this afternoon. Rev. Dr. Charles Wood, pastor emeritus of the Church of the Covenant, will of- ficlate, Interment will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.
