THE EVENING STAR, WASHINGTON, D. C, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2, 1929. SIRS. M, V. GREENE RITES. Puneral services for Mrs. Maridn V. Greene, 82 years old, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. C. Hos~ pital, 4568 Conduit road, Monday, were conducted there this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Charles B. Austin, pastor of the West Washington Baptist Church, of which she was a_member, officiated. Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Greene was the widow of Mark H. Greene and the daughter of the late William H. and Maria Goddard Stallings. She was a native of George- town. She leaves besides her daugh- ter, a son, John 8. Greene; four grand- children and three great ndchildren, and a brother, J. Marcellus Stallings, 1l of this city. 2 What Price? THERE’S no use attempting to deny the fact that the average family is obliged to make even fu- neral arrangements with the matter of price in mind. This being so, we feel that the general public is interested in the fact that our service, complete, may be had for as little as $125—and for as much more as one wishes to pay. %/uo EAL FUNERAL HOME "For reference, Ask 816 H STREE your newghbor’ N.E.
