Odenthal, executive secretary of the City Club, in a letter to W. F. Hosford, vice president of the company. The City Club executive points to the facts that Washington is a hub for water and rail transportation facilities between the North, South, East and ‘West; that there are available sites mear Washington and that there Is a higher class of labor here than else- ‘where. He cited also plans for the first class airport on Gravelly Point. TWO YOUTHS ARE HELD. Atlanta Boy, 18, Is Charged With Forgery. Robert Alexander Glenn, 18 years old, of Atlanta, Ga., charged with false pretenses and forgery, was held for the action of the grand jury under $2,000 bond, and John Thomas Donneily, 18, of the 1400 block of Good Hope road, charged with false pretenses, held unp- der $500 bond by Judge Ralph Given yesterday in Police Court. The false pretenses charge against both boys accuses them of passing a worthless check on a local department store, while the forgery charge sgainst Glenn involves a check for $85 on a local bank.
