ROBERT S. STROBEL RITES TO BE HELD TOMORROW Services at Sister's Home Will Be Conducted at 2:30 0’Clock—In- terment in Cedar Hill. Funeral services for Robert S. Strobel, president of the Southwest Citizens’ As- soclation and member of the Citizens' ‘Advisory Councll, who died at his resi- dence, in the Latterner Apartments, Tuesday night, will be conducted at the residence of his sister, Miss Emma T. Strobel, 613 Sixth street southwest, tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. In terment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Born in this city September 2, 1875, Mr. Strobel had been a lifelong resi- dent here. He conducted a plumbing business at 441 Eighth street south- west for more than 30 years. He was a past great sachem of the Improved Order of Red Men, a mem- ber of Amity Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and a member of the Washington Council, Junior Order of American Mechanics. He was very active in the business development of the Southwest. Mr. Strobel was a member of the Society of Natives and was a trustee of the Maryland State Firemen's Association. He attended St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Carrie H. Strobel; his daughter, Ruth A. Strobel; his sisters, Miss Emma T. and Dr. Julia H.
