John Hamilton Steen, colored, 35 years old, of 6 Naylor court, died at Casualty Hospital late last night fol- lowing an altercation earlier in the eve- ning with Robert Dorsett, a colored neighbor, in the alley near their homes. ! Death resulted from fractures of the skull and jawbone, physicians at the hospital sald. Dorsett. surrendered to police of the second precinct soon after learning of Steen's death.
