Smith. at 46 Ellerson avenue, in Claren- don, was the scene of a pretty birth- day anniversary party Monday evening, March 5, from 8 until 10 o'clock, in honor of Virginia Lee, aged 4, and Clarke, aged 8 years. The house was tastefully decorated in pink and blue. Games were played and at 9 o'clock the grand march to the dining room took place. The table was decorated with pink rosebuds, dolls in pink and blue, also individual favors. The cake was cut by Mrs. Earle Sheriff in honor of Virginia Lee and Clarke. The guests included Miss Julla Steuart, Miss Alice Steuart, Mr. O. B. Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Earle Sheriff of Mary- land and Mrs. Leo Sncegner of Wash- ington.
