It was learned today from Dr. Abram Simon, now attending a meeting of the board of governors of the Hebrew Union College of Cincinnati, that a fellowship has been established in honor of his son, W. Simon, a prominent Wash- ington attorney, who died during the PAst year. The fellowship, which is to be called the Leo W. Simon fellowship for gradu- ate research, was made possible through a gift of $25000 by Mrs. Jacob Wert- heim of New York. Dr. Simon is an alumnus of the He- brew Union College.
