The warrant was served last night 4n the main dining room of a Madison hotel, in the presence of several diners, after Mrs. Wright had declined to retire to her room to hear the war- sant read. She bacame hysterical, and after an hour's conference Federal officers agreed to let her remain for the night in her hotel room with a | woman deputy, while another deputy remained outside.
