George Leonard Willlams, 42 years old, partner in the Kal-Wiillams Ad- vertising Agency, former ember of The Star Advertising Bureau and widely known in local business circles, died at his residence, 125 Beach street, Clarendon, Va., last night. He had neen in failing health for the past six months. Born in Prince Georges Countv, Md., Mr. Willlams came to Washington with his parents, the late George Francis and Irene Roberta Williams. He was educated in local public schools and received early training as an advertising solicitor, in which ca- pucity he entered the employment of Hhe Star about 19 years ago. He afterward became one of the widely known members of The Star Advertising Bureau, with which he re- mained until about two years ago, when he became associated with Nor- man C.
