12 BAPTIST PROGRAM OPENS TOMORROW Sunday Schools to Start City-Wide Conference With Mass Meetina. The Baptist Sunday schools Washington will open their city conference with a mass meeting at Calvary Baptist Church tomorrow aft- ernoon at 3:30 o'clock. There are| seven members of the faculty for this conference, and these will be intro duced and an add; will be made on | “The Real Business®of the Sunday | chool,” by Harold E. Ingraham of | Nashville, Tenn. At this meeting the enrollment of members of the confer- ence will be completed and the detail- ed plans of work will be announced. Beginning Monday and lasting through Friday the school will open at 5 o'clock, and the different classes will be in on until 8 o'clock, when an inspirational address will be d by different experts in Sunday work. This city-wide conference is being arranged by the Baptist Sunday School Superintendents’ Assocfation in operation with the Baptist Sunda School Board of the Southern Baptist Convention of Nashville, Tenn. The auditorium of Foundry Meth- odist Episcopal Church, which has been closed for two months for re- pairs and decorating, will be opened tomorrow morning, with special serv- ices of rededication. The pastor, Rev. Frederick Brown Ha . D. D., will preach in the morning on the theme, “The Greater Glory,” and in the eve- ning his subject will be “Open the Gates of the Temple.” At the close of the service the large teenth street window will be illuminated, and it is proposed to have this window illuminated each evening.
