Bilyeu, 73 years old, widow of George W. Bilyeu, and for many yedrs a resident of this city, died at her home, 1711 Second street northeast, Tuesday after an illness of several months. Harness Dies. Theodore R. Harness, 22 years old, radio man, first-class, U. 8. N at one time a radio operator in the Navy Department here, died in_the Naval Hospital at Newport, R.
