Schlosberg, who sells tadies suits and coats at 1307 F street, yesterday filed suit for injunction against Jacob Liebster, furrier, who occuples half of the same premises. Schlosberg says his lease calls for the use of one-half of the display space in the two windows for advertising and display purposes. He asserts that Liebster occupies both windows, to the exclusion of his display. Attor- ney Leon Robbin appears for the laintiff.
