Edgar Rightstine Richardson, 37 years old, vice president of the realty firm of Howenstein Bros., died at his home, 1244 Girard street, last night, after a long illness. Mr. Richardson had been connected with the Howenstein firm for years, having entered the employ of the company upon graduation from Busi- ness High School. In recent years he had also conducted an insurance business of his own. He was the son of Mrs. Mary Etta Richardson and the late Edgar P. Richardson. His mother, a brother, William P.
