F. Keith vaudeville exchange, the Orpheum circuit, the Excelsior Collec- tion Agency, Edward F. Albee and others are engaged in a restraint of interstate commerce and are violating the Sherman anti-trust laws in the booking of acts. Hart contends that the control which the Keith and Orpheum inter- ests exercises constitutes a monopoly and has driven him out of the busi- ness as a hooking agent.
