WHEAT CLOSES STRO} Rally Becames More Pronounced in Last-Hour Trading. NEW YORK, November 19 (P).— The closing was strong. Rallying tendencies became more pronounced in the late dealings, when industrial shares were given another upward whirl. American Can and American Yaterworks jumped 6 points and Rallway Steel Spring advanced 5. Bi- tuminous coal carriers continued to lead the recovery in the rails, with zains of 4 to 5 points registered by Chesapeake and Ohio, Norfolk and Western and Pittsburgh and West Virginia.
