Y. P. U. NOTES The Columbia Federation of Baptist Young People’s Union is formulating its plans for the Winter months, par- ticularly in its athletic department. The intermediate and junlor depart- ments are arranging for special meet- ings and programs in the near future. The athletic department under the di- rectorship of Fred Braugh has or- ganized a bowling league composed of 11 boys' teams and nine girls' teams. They will bowl on the Coliseum alleys Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Plans are also under way for the or- ganization of a basket ball league. The four girls' teams that played through the season last year are anxious to repeat again this year and desire other teams to be organized to enlarge the league.
