When the new deputy administrator is placed in authority, said, he would be given power to organize his territory. Whether this might include the change of enforcement personnel which has been operating out of the local office could not be determined to- day. A. Heddons, who has been a Mr. Luckett. NEW ALCOHOL DEVICE Public Demonstration of Apparatus for Distillation From Bake Oven Fumes Results in Seizure.
