Supt. of Schools Stephen Kramer returned to his desk at the Franklin School yesterday after an |~ extensive tour of* Europe, during which he learned that educational authorities in the old country are looking to America for ideas. Mr. Kramer found that European schools are being modeled along lines of the American public schools, with the result that the public school is rapidly becoming popularized where 1ce the private school was the Vogue.
